Debra's signature jollof stew base — made with fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions, seasoning, and palm oil, slow-cooked to perfection. To make jollof rice: pour into a pot, heat on medium, add your washed rice, stir to coat, add water or stock, cover and cook on low heat until rice is done. That's it. No chopping, no blending, no frying. Just pour, add rice, and cook.
